Its also very convenient to just dump my car along the road anywhere and not have to look for a proper parking lot which may be far from where I want to go. Does it mean illegal parking should be allowed because its more convenient for me and my family ?
And what if there is NO parking at all where I want to go, should I just heck it and park anywhere or should I take alternative transport even if its less convenient ?

IMO this whole saga is caused by MIW closing 1 eye for too long until people take it for granted that they are entitled to door to door convenience and don't want to give it up
Don't think the enforcement can do everyday, next month OK liao

the enforcement will definitely slow down, but the long term intention is for deterrance. 杀鸡骇猴

so depends on how gung ho the jhk are and whether they feel lucky enough to continue doing this business

It’s honestly not difficult to catch. Just go to GBTB or airport. It’s machiam buffet for LTA.

I suspect all along the low numbers caught is due to LTA not wanting to deal with all the paperwork.

And the 60 caught in 1 day is probably the maximum limit of the impound parking spaces + number of tow trucks

buffet also need to see stomach capacity

How are they working in Singapore? They are not providing or competing with locals on an existing service.

If I hired their service, a Malaysian based 'company', they bring me across to Malaysia, and I pay for their service when I am in Malaysia, then how are they working in Singapore?

Their vehicles travelled to Singapore legally, they have to pay for whatever tolls or charges that is required for Malaysia cars coming into Singapore.

Their service benefitted a lot of Singaporeans who travels to Johor frequently.

It's the same as those curtain companies in Malaysia who send their workers to Singapore to measure the Singaporean customers' homes, make the curtains in Malaysia, and then transport the curtains back to their Singapore customers. Are those consider as illegal working as well? Shall those be banned also?
To answer your question, Yes.

To answer your question, Yes.
The reason is that they do not have the required insurance like our local phv driver. And it effects the local driver and the Malaysia drivers income who do pick up from bugis to Larkin

They got empty store facilities in PSA to store cars . Police only need to park it there. It safe and secure. Only need to do is for them to pay for the parking to PSA once police allow them to collect back

Guess it all started with the labour strike @ Changi Airport (not organized by NCM). 1mth later, MSM say don take bawangche, LTA say caught 12 in 3yr. 1 mth later, SXL launch website to report. 1 mth later SG60 caught in a day.
So we see the effectiveness of strike.
