Unfortunately, this looks bad for the parents of the bully regardless of what they say. Because the voice clip and messages have been released already. Even if the victim gave the worst insult in the world, a kid shouldnt be so brazen and rude like that. Already looks horrible for the kid and the parents.

Have car and house loans should be more liberal with suspension and expulsion. Suspend and expel the bully when have bully got what cost to them? Suspend and expel then got chance for the bully to dig their grave deeper by doing crime outside and get charged. This will permanently get rid of the problem child under your school’s charge. If scared parent complain then every suspension and expulsion ask MOE for approval to cover backside. When ask by parents why no action also can say MOE don’t approve proposed action got so difficult since no prescribed disciplinary framework. If they do their due diligence to escalate to MOE before the parent escalate the buck will not stop at them.

Expelling a student is different from firing an employee. All sinkie children are legally obligated to be in school till 16 years old.

Expelling a primary or secondary school student means the expelling school has to first find a new school for the student before expelling him or her.
