Since when does Bank guarantee auto renewal rates? It will be at the prevailing rate when your FD matures!
Let's put it this way, everyone will like to see that the 2.45% is for 60months. (no such options when we place it, but the website still say can...)
But the reality is... As confirmed, no. :(

How about for those who joined in June? :)
based on the above ie if
Date of Eligible Transaction:- Bonus Interest and/ or Cash Gift Credited by
March 2025:- 31 July 2025
April 2025:- 31 August 2025

Then by inference :
Jun 2025 should be 31 Oct 2025 (for Bonus Interest and/ or Cash Gift Credited by date)

Revision of Singapore Dollar Time Deposit Rate & Mortgage 9-month, 36-month and 48-month Fixed Deposit Rate (FDR)

From 22 August 2025 (inclusive of this date), please note that Singapore Dollar Time Deposit (“SGD TD”) interest rates (per annum) will be revised as below:

The Mortgage 9-month, 36-month and 48-month FDR base rates will be adjusted accordingly. As these rates are linked to your FDR mortgage loan packages, a revision in the SGD TD rates will change the interest rates of your FDR mortgage loans. All other features, as well as the terms and conditions relating to each mortgage loan, will remain unchanged.

I am eligible for a loan repricing/refinancing now. Do you think I can do now, or wait another few months expecting loan rates to drop further?
it's a personal decision... nobody can predict accurately what's going to happen next few months (or even tomorrow).

just go with your hunch after considering the liabilities, penalities, etc. if unsure, wait it out if it's not much difference from your existing contract.
