U q-ed b4? Really worth the time?

Pakcik has eaten it thrice - think it was during Covid. $5. Very nice except Pakcik doesn't really like the thicker noodle style (prefer the thin type like Hakata ramen). But it's nice - every thing about the WTM is good - charsiew, wonton, sauce and soup. Even the chee yow char is well done. But $7 - Pakcik can't afford anymore without a job. There's a cheaper alternative (Fat Boy/Fat Man WTM at AMK (Teck Ghee)) at $4. Nowhere close but ok la.

Just opposite Jackson Square, there is a Malaysian style WTM which is good too. Pakcik believes the lady is from Ipoh.

Anyways, those who come and eat this Chef Kang WTM and the Pork Noodle next to it and the Chicken rice are all rich folks - they don't grind at work (if they work), they're celebrities or taukehs, they drive luxury cars etc. Like Leslie Tay la.

Ate so many times nv queued more than 10min lol.
Pakcik also queued with only 3-5 pax ahead of Pakcik. But this was when Pakcik was working la, now no money to even ride the scooter there, much less pay $7.

Haven't get to try yet, but this local food reviewer claims this is 1 of the best wanton mee in the world. Even better than guangzhou, hongkong.

He is paid by them, of course have to say best in the world.
