No, not ok but initially even affiliate vouchers also cannot get. Now still better, can get affiliate vouchers but other higher value vouchers all cannot get. Either jump ship to Lazada or close acct and open a new one.

Yours really got lifted? Mine is already more than 6 months and still the same. Now i realised that they just take away the vouchers that I cannot collect so that the F01 error won't show up

then can collect affiliate vouchers, but cannot collect platform vouchers.
then can collect less than $150 min purchase platform vouchers, but cannot collect more than $150 min vouchers.
then after 2 month, all can collect liao.

When u press collect voucher, it will prompt error code.
