Mr Chee Hang Joon should know the better, if he ever served NS and reservist

why will army camp order food outside? If its a scale of 150 pax, then Army would have order catering, rather than from a small cafe or hawker

maybe they have been entertaining orders like this, always no problem until now...
no lehh ..
from the report they had said that they're "ecstatic" to get such a bulk order

could be their first time even
still, why not a down payment first before anything else, right?

Why on earth want to accept such order with no payment or deposit?
Mr Chee, whose eatery is non-Halal, noted that Wong sounded like a “young and earnest guy” and was convincing

She added that she usually enforces an advance full-payment rule but found the “army officer” sincere and wanted to maintain a good relationship with what she believed was a reputable customer.

Tug sinkie heartstring, whatever rules, procedures, protocols all go out of the window.

all for the sake of "maintaining good business relationship" (earn money)
