I work in retail before .. meaning must follow the street date . If u broke the street date and deliver or sell early . Apple will not work will you anymore . Or simply punish you by other merchant will get their stock one or two day before the street date . But they will only deliver the goods to you on the street date . Last time sell audio cd . Example jay chou album if u receive your goods late .. it will be very bad .. ur regular customers will get angry .. people will not visit you again ..

I placed my pre-order on 13th at physical store, store supervisor guarantee can receive on 19th. Now he is telling me 17P silver not going to get any stock from Apple, can only fulfill in “3 to 4 weeks”.

told me that they can’t do anything but refund… what a ridiculous statement, if say earlier can’t fulfill I won’t even make full payment to pre-order with them
