Yup ; i placed an order for pickup this morning after holding it. But after seeing how scratched the demo sets looked common sense got the better of me later in the day and i cancelled the order to stick with my original pro max one haha. I would have used the air naked and gotten AppleCare+ but it would have still been risky

Western market and Asian market differ vastly. Asian mostly will go for the latest and greatest with the best specs. Women want big phones and best cameras.

Update: Transferred about 120GB of data from my iP15 to iP17, the process took about 30 minutes.

Notice that it also transfers apps, but they are not the latest app versions as per App Store. Hence, I have to manually update them. Interesting...

Big difference. The weight distribution is more even and thus the 17 Pro Max feels lighter than 16 Pro Max despite being heavier on specs.

No need. Can restore from lower version to higher version. But not the other way around (usually affects Beta testers only)
