Not a bad thing. US badly needs to collect revenue to balance their crazy spending. The IT companies are mostly at record stock prices and make huge amounts of money so why not.

This will only force Trump to have more tax. They already suggest outsource tax.

Example for all jobs that generate revenue in USA that is outsource is subject to 100 percent tax.

Do you know why other countries that Australia don't have this issue. This is because they regulate ft going to Australia to work very strictly. He want proof of hiring for 6 months and all the local applicants details and ask hr to explain one by one why was they unsuitable. Making it very hard to hired ft

The new $100k H1B visa policy only applies to new applicants outside the U.S. If these visa holders stay they are exempt, but if they leave the new policy would apply to them. Now it makes sense why their employers told their employees to disembark.
