Anyway, the part about the camp being "restricted" area and that "external vendors" cannot access so only can self collect.......anyone who has done guard duty before would know that it is simply untrue. I see gardenia van, seafood supplier van and so many others arrive early in the morning. Even blardy london choco roll van also have before.

And who the hell adds MR in addition to the rank? What the hell is "manager of procurement office"?

Basically, all they have arrested thus far are only the ones who either provided the masterminds with bank accounts or sg phone lines to use for these scams. They have not caught a single caller thus far and I don't think they ever will because I suspect that they are actually in cambodia.
