Oct - Dec is the challenging months to handle Reno / (facilities for estate) contractors.

Good thing next year cny damn late. So still can claw them for Jan work.

If it worth it to drop him and tank or if it's easy to hire someone else, then go ahead. Always good to not drop him on bad terms.

I mean, other than him not very good at managing his resource and let you tank the gf, worth it to keep him for his 'merticulous' work / work knowledge etc and suffer from other bad personal resources management?

His gf's concern, put it another way is legit.
2 hours alone time can piak, then rest and relax. Gf so worried also means they piak before and that is his taste is women. This kind of guy will affect your tenant / client? The plus is he is honest with his gf. Can I assume he is more of a simp than a player? :s34:

If want to keep digging bad about the guy is can one. The matters on hand don't need to tie together. Dealing with people and relationship is hard work.

1) Easy to find replacement?
2) Your work can simplify? As in make it more like the guy is a do-er than both the thinking process, and how to do? Got family members /friends in the trait to help? Or can pay for consultant to improve the process?
Tenant feedback not all he needs to know. U do post-filter, meeting shorter. Can profile tenants?
3) his gf problem is security issue imho. U mind if he on his camera while talking? If verbal content more confidential then set to mute? Can scold the gf one. But don't let the guy pin you as the reason if he break with the gf.

If his job more of a consultant, can discuss remotely? the gf cannot be so keesiao until got remote piak, right?

I need some advice on some employee-related matters, can some give me some ideas how I can adequately handle this situation? I met my part-time staff at a cafe today to discuss some work-related matter, his girlfriend turned up around 2 hours in and was a little confrontational. He did tell me that his girlfriend was coming over, but I thought that he was referring to her coming over to meet him after our discussion. I don't feel comfortable about the situation so I left, telling him that we will discuss the remaining matter over WhatsApp. At around dinnertime, his girlfriend used his phone to ask me to keep my distance from him. I am quite tempted to fire him, as I feel that his relationship and his girlfriend's distrust has got nothing to do with me, I am paying him to do a job.

I'm sorry for ranting, but I feel that I'm not in the wrong in this situation.

Fire him and let AI to do his job.

You should be able terminate someone's employment without cause as long you give notice in accordance with the contract.
He is part timer, I believe should.be contract based. can just terminate bah. But whether need pay any penalty fees, depends on the contract.

This is quite close, just that I have a divider between my bed and study area, and my sofa seat are single seaters facing each other with a round coffee table in the middle. My walls have no posters at the moment, but my dad wants to create an exhibition wall featuring the car and drone parts I have broken over the years.

Why your room sounds more like a studio than a bedroom. Got kitchenette?
