The flat I bought is like more than 40 yrs old. My colleague urge me to sell and buy newer one.

So I want to check last resale price, how to find this in property Guru? Thanks

Why panick ?

As long you buying leasehold property, one is losing depreciation $ monthly ? Flats are NEVER yours at all ? Suffering in this country for the rich ?

Sell and buy another newer HDB is same but if getting higher loan means you suffer longer ?

Note that newer HDB is smaller and ahem maybe full of problem and amenities not good ?

Nowadays many property agents persuading people to sell their flats ?

To addon still need to spend $$ on legal, conveyancing, agents, renovation bla bla easily 60k $$ gone ? Renovation not cheap nowadays if buy another resale means tearing off existing $$ (new bto will not have this) cost plus Reno $$ ?

as per what anyhowsay say, can use the hdb website, as long u know the address of the bugis flats u can check the recent transacted flats

Most property agent will have paid subscription to portals to generate valuation but those are just a gauge. Only when OTP is sign, then buyer can get valuer to check.

Most people prefer newer flats compare to older flats and their profile must be able to match the remaining lease to determine whether can use 100% cpf
