As a Saints fan, i will say it is not Rangers that have declined but the issue of Russell Martin. He is 1 stubborn dude who insists on playing meaningless possession football... not creating a lot of chances and creating a lot of chances for the opponent. Stupid dude who will never change. He may earn praise from Pep for having higher possession against Man City but the fact is his team dont create enough and defend terribly
