Should be removed for those already expired. While retained for those with valid 90days from their start of service.

Contractually obligated if so. Anything extra or extension is up to them ba. I mean if they promised 90days. They need to fulfill.

I think singtel is slowly removing bands on 5G NSA to make it SA, and in process, 5G NSA becomes weaker, and they do not allow current singtel minions customers to use their 5G SA network, they will only start 5G SA only end of the year.

When i was on zym, my download speed gradually fell, and more lags. After porting to Zero1, I experienced the same issue.

Hopefully, when they turn on 5G SA, it will improve.

Currently it will send the bill on the 5th, then need to go to the app to click "Pay" in order to pay manually.
Is there any setting in the app such that it will auto deduct from the credit card?

Last week I went JB it was still 4G, today i tested at JB again, it can receive 5G but the speed is so so only~

In Malaysia, if I see 5g I don't do speedtest as I know the speed will be decent, will not be as fast as SG 5G.

can connect to 5G not bad already, maybe airplane mode and reconnect see if better speed.
