See some of the heartless posts here, BBFA single forever is really orbigood.
So far they are just making others tragedy about them selves. So is more ignorant than heartless.

How one can write an essay on vitamin B to block out the suicide tragedy is a new dimension of retardation

Saw a post earlier in another thread, said depression is created by angmo in the past no such thing one

I kinda agree with most other depressions from normal healthy people are creates by western medicine. But postnatal depression is quite different and one can see and feel them. I observed my wife and sisters had obvious mood swings that were never themselves after giving birth. No considered depression but the symptoms are very obvious. So, I will not rule out postnatal depressions is a real. More practically, it needs to be treated to prevent such mishaps as reported.

Not a mum myself but female relatives and friends have confided in me about the emotional and mental struggle that messes with their brain after giving birth. One really do need a great support of network to get through that postnatal depression period. Husbands, especially, should not take this lightly.

VIT B DEFICIENCY
ESPECIALLY FOLATE, REAL FOLATE (METHYL TYPE)
not the cheap folic acid
some ppl genetic cannot process b9

deficiency will really messed up the brain
negative thoughts disrupted sleep depression leading to suicide
family support is important but really cannot help much

Newer generation folk are really more affected by mental illness, my ah ma live till 100, have 12kids, my ah gong was a selfish person who only care of himself (once threw away his child after birth cause it’s again a girl, according to my ah ma who doesn’t want to be place beside him after she pass.) worked all her life to take care of the family as a farmer, in her 70s she is lean and tan just like a field bangala.

She used to laugh when she heard about confinement after birth, because she shared that during her time, shortly after giving birth she will be in the field doing her chore as a farmer.
Just a thought, confinement has so many restrictions which will probably make one even more miserable. isn’t it better to be like the angmo, start to exercise or eat or do things that the mother enjoy and hence better recovery and better mental health?

Whenever there's a thread about cancer here, there will always be one person who will insist that drinking bittergourd juice can cure it.

And "don't make others tragedy about yourself."

They don't get it. Someone just died. Have some respect goddamit.

Edmw, not jhk. Don't follow jhk mannerisms.
