What is so nice staying beside an expressway? The residents are likely have to opt for double glazed windows

What's nice about staying beside expressway? Well.. some people just like the noise of the traffic ... These type of thing very subjective one.

buy at 788k and sell at 1.5m okay mah :crazy:

sell 1.5m means clawback 180k
reno for new house i imagine will be 150k after 10 years
minus inflation which is 271k at 3% on the 788k

means profit 111k after 10 years MOP. so little.

now lets see the resale buyer side. assuming 14k income, max loan from hdb or bank is around 700k

means need pay 800k cash as downpayment.

lol. still reasonable maybe... but 2mill? 1.3m cash downpayment? hurhurhur. how many buyers will pay this price.

we shall see la. no need argue so much

for me, just find an okay place. stay there comfortably.

the money saved from flipping to private, i can retire earlier in JB

Where is the source that says the kickstart price of GSWF is 788k? Sounds like false information.
