That time covid restrictions they put longer dates. But since no more should update and speed up the construction

even with covid, the usual duration is still quite standard .. around 5 to 6 years max. if it takes any longer, it’s likely due to special site conditions that require more time.

tot yishun BTO always 12-14 floors one, why need to take so long? not like its gonna be 40 storeys.

My BTO over 40 storeys. Only take 5 years to build...

Anyway I think they complain because they expect those old BTO that haven't complete should have priority over newly launch BTO which take less than 3 years to build.

If not wrong, know of people who applied over the covid period the flat also got liao. Thought after covid they ramped up the building speed. This one drag so long despite that think have issue to start with bah in the first place.
