most ppl forget to minus 100 units for senior. thats why sengkang 100 units all goes to senior

Yup the 40% or 100 units senior rule is ridiculously flawed when some two room bto projects has so little units to offer.

Roughly 1 in 3 or 4 chances

When it first started, punggol and sengkang is 1 in 200+ chances, meaning 200+ people applying for each unit.

It has since gone down alot already

Didnt know punggol ulu place in old times also so popular ... all aim for seaview or got goldmine there ?

Or becos low supply of bto at that time ?

Because first time govt allow single to buy bto mah so that time alot of pent up demand.

Not sure why ponggol/sengkang so popular. There are 2 other locations available then. Jurong was one option which I managed to get it as I calculated here is alot higher chance as it is least popular. Still was a 1 in 50 rate for it so I very lucky got my unit then 13 years ago
