I personally will wait for Global release, lazy to deal with CN sets and the quirks/restrictions etc.

Last time use Mi 10 Pro, issues with delayed WhatsApp notification, some apps not really compatible. But the thing is the long wait for global release, by then S26 Ultra come liao.

Gpay works.. other than Android auto I don't see any issue with china rom.. my notifications no delay at all as long as u know how to tweak settings...

Yeah, that's the issue with XM's release schedule.
By the time of their global release, competitors etc. would have newer ones upcoming.

Even recently, XM itself have been pushing the timeline earlier for their releases which messes the timeline and schedule up.
But as long as such significant delays in global release, the hype and interest will die down making them uncompetitive.

As this is my spare phone, I do no need singpass and Gpay. Also my 1st China rom hp. Therefore, guys, Thank you @ZhuTou! & @Chari-men(China rom senior) help me to answer those questions.

Mi 10 pro era really no choice. I rmb using one of the redmi model that time. Search like mad to find the method to solve the notification issue and finally found it.

These days no issue la. Worst case last resort use the bat method will 100% work. This bat is the replacement of the old adb method coz it dont work with hyperos. China forum ppl came out with this method.

Xiaomi global flagship price too high alr. Too pain to buy.

Dont know why somehow i feel xiaomi photo always on the brighter side. I use so many xiaomi phone all like that. When i see vivo photo, the brightness is just nice and photo look so much nicer. Im not good at photography la. Just a feel....

Got diff filters and pro mode...customize dao ur ideal exposure...but I do agree vivo photos are very ready for social media upload...

Ya as an amateur using auto mode to shoot, can see the diff between this 2 phones. Not saying xiaomi photo not nice. Its just brighter only.

Thank you. Will KIV and think about it first. Even if price doesnt matter, the wait for global xiaomi 17 Pro Max is quite a long wait.
