no ideal. few months back order ram from them for my built on amazon. few days later msg me ask me cancel order cos they no stock for all the rams i order. i didnt cancel and amazon cannot do anything cos 3rd party seller.

after they cancel. they increase the price. what can i say. . .

Don't waste the time with them then. Normally I only order from/sold by Amazon (sg, jp, de and us) only.
