I may have been retrenched, but thinking to take a break from job search until after chinese new year

There are many companies retrenched,the jobless look for job and the new graduate from NUS,NTU,SMU also look for job...
Less job opening not easy get job...

If is a must the company must give retrenchment package? Or just pay the resign notice let say 3 month notice so they just pay 3 month n ask to leave?

My nephew's took 4 month after graduate from NUS got job

Even went through few interview from govt sector also no offer but private company offered him job...

Even govt sector want only first class honour degree,2nd class honour degree they dnt want...

People near getting bonus. Won't quit one. Companies bleeding giving out 13th months and bonus. Will not employ now.
Advised to look for job after end of jan next year for those retrenched.

It's very simple. Singaporeans are not dumb. If the agent services are not worthy of their comm, people will not pay. Members here are not logical until they try to buy and sell their properties by themselves... Have you buy and sell properties yourself before you judge agents are leeches?

the seller put up in newspapers we saw i think if i didnt remember wrongly
