Anyone here staying in 2 room BTO?

Should we move it to HomeSeekers and HomeMakers?

A jurong west 2rm sold for 428k. I think is near mrt.

:spin:
quite normal for type 2 around 400k~425k. if high flooring or good location, can fetch 450k liao.

i think when gahmen lower the age limit, it could create another surge.

The ridiculous resale price is to be expected. Being discussing it for years.

On the other hand King kor is a good example of a pragmatic person on buying a 2-Room BTO flat by being not too fussy.

He chose practical modular furnishing for a start. As time goes by he made tweaks and begin to focus on the final leg now such as comfort touches and entertainment options.

No ID CONtractor involved. All personal ideas and planning. Years in the making. Well done and thanks for sharing your journey! Can 100% lie flat liao. Hahaha. 🤣

you are right Years in the making (didt know it take year but glad i slow down ). till now left final touch up of my comfort touches and entertainment options. and my kitchen AHHHHHH, still need to change to a real ss304

but everything is modular furnishing no scare to get TC to remove bulk item. after that is all done

practical modular furnishing and no ID contractor is not for everyone my guess it 99% hated it

probably the ones above Anchorvale Village can sell for around 450k too. since just right above only, part of the New Generation Neighbourhood Centre. i dont see any other NGNC having this kind of layout
