We will have a Santa Clause rally as per standard.

As interest rates continue to fall and will continue to do so in 2026.

Global fund managers are fighting real hard for yields. All pour into all assets types such as Gold, BTC, stocks, etc. Every class asset rallies. All economics theories no longer hold water.

2026 will be the continuation of the bull run, leading by AIs.

All the investors are asking their RMs what to do with their monies as interest rates fall. Deposits are no longer attractive.

Ultra high net-worth are snapping properties to generate high yields. Low interest rates meaning higher yields.

The world is getting crazier now compared to past decades.

You don’t need anyone to tell you anything. Just read the markets to understand what’s going on so that you won’t be led by anyone.

The bull has already started long time ago. In fact, after the pandemic. All indices are now at historical high, and no sign of stopping. What does this tell you? It is a global phenomenon. The World is now chasing after yields. Nobody wanted to be left behind. Billions are now pour into new industry such as AIs. Look at EV Tesla, despite time to time negative news came out, the stock rides through the storm unscatted. Elon will be the first trillionaire real soon. If he lists SpaceX, he will be trillionaire immediately. Do you know how much is SpaceX is worth now in the private markets since not listed yet? You will be shocked.

No need to listen to anyone. Do your own reading. Know what’s going on in the markets. Know the trends. Know the central banks actions. And the list goes on…..
prob is alot dont bother or lazy to read or to find out the trend, baseon hearsay and dont know whats going on then push all the dip were due to AI crashing LOL

This is the agony of most man on the streets. They are led by people who spread fear or greed based on their agendas.

Talking about AI crash. Did it happen after all the fake news? AI is different from dot.com. Many people don’t really understand.

My friend who is a fund manager made 45-50% for his clients by investing in the Japanese stock market a few years old, before the super bull started in full steam.

Japan is the underdog because it is inaccessible by many retail investors compared to institutions. The potential is huge.

thats the prob sia.. many keep saying in 2000 internet bubble so AI will faced the same consequence but not knowing AI is different :ROFLMAO:

In 2026, properties will continue to soar as interest rates continue to fall, and yield chasers. More HDB regardless of age will continue to see prices never seen before. $1m HDB will be a norm. Private starting will be $2m.

More foreigners will convert to PR and citizens to buy HDB and private for better subsidies and rates, etc. This demand will further push up home prices.

Whoever has spare cash, buy a second property is the way to go. Talk to your lawyers on how to reduce ABSD or avoidance (legally). The rich will get richer going forward.
