I have 30 days of AL this year.

I plan to lock in a week mid year and a week end of the year. The rest of the year I just randomly take 2 days off every month to recover the mental
Entitled to 30 days every year? Or including carried over from 2025?

30 days every year from 2026 onwards.
I started with 22 days when I joined the company in 2018. This year is my 9th year with 30 days which is also the maximum AL entitled, based on the contract. Basically is +1 day every year.

We can carry over until end of Mar of following year but I clear all by Dec
, no carry over
