you need to pry some away from other demographcis.

But right now, WP need to be bolder and start incorporating new citizens as candidates.

The leak (I believe) belongs to the faction that made Hougang the WP stronghold and this faction is why it remains the stronghold. WP is of course bigger than Hougang, but you can’t dismiss this faction as noise either.

The smart move now would be - apart from rejecting Lawrence’s “offer” to nominate a new LOTO from The 7 (unless it is made an institutional post) - would be for WP to put back the Assistant Sec-Gen post and have it taken up by someone this faction either accepts, or is at least neutral to.
