Go to the bullion dealer with your money. Tell the staff that attends to you the bar you wish to purchase. Pay for it via PayNow. Make sure you can actually transfer such an amount via your savings account. Also some bullion dealers hve instituted a minimum dollar value for transactions like $5k so you cannot buy below that. After buying, be shocked at its tiny size. You were expecting a gold brick like in the movies but got something smaller than a postage stamp.

2. You can buy from UOB or some other proper bullion shop house
3. Don't buy from jewelry shop cause it has almost no resale value
