Changing lane without due care aka no signal and change lane without making sure is safe to do so, cam car need to e-brake to avoid hitting the car

I assume the car never see the TP... usually when we see TP around, we all will be extra careful

They came here simply convert their licence without having to go through our basic and final theory as well as driving test to fimilarise the road and safety here

That stretch is TP turf. The HQ just further back at the junction. Constantly can see TP in that area one as they go in and out. Need to be careful driving there.

Ubi Ave 3. TP HQ. That junction is just in front of TP HQ. The stretch right after junction left side is parking one. And at the junction the left lane mostly left turning vehicles. Thus, usually straight going vehicles tend will not take the left lane one cause stuck behind left turning vehicles and still need to filter right after the junction.

From far at the junction can see the parked vehicles liao. If need filter usually will signal, cause alot of vehicles from junction move off. Think that car did it more abruptly without due care to other vehicles bah.
