Russia is moving so slowly in Ukraine precisely to keep City of London and EU occupied. Cuz since Trump's 2nd term, he has insisted EU and CoL financiers are locked into financing a battle of attrition in Ukraine.

I believe Trump n Putin have long ago already made deal to get rid of CoL's assets around the world.....which includes Syria(where Assad smartly took the deal and left for Russia without much bloodshed), Maduro and Cuba.
