Those are perishable food. warm it after ~6hrs after it is brought... is not impossible, but cannot retain 100% of the street flavour.

Things like lao3 po2 bing3 (wife cake) can be eaten cold w/o much problem.

As for storage device, just get any air-tight plastic container that fits the size. Widely available at household stores like ri1 ben3 cheng2 (Japan home) at very cheap price.

thanks to charmanderwong and hkwolf..

wow.. lucky i asked if not i will be waiting in vain for bus 15B.

looks like no bus from causeway bay to peak lower terminus..

would it be good if i take cab from causeway bay to lower peak terminus and take the tram ride up?

is the cab ride going to be costly? there will be 4 of us.. hope there is no traffic jam at evening time..
OK for normal cases.

In case of visible/obvious traffic jam in Causeway Bay area OR on most Wednesday nights (horse-racing @ happy valley), I would still recommend MTR to Admirlty and taking a cab there.

or take bus (City FLyer)... pretty cheap (around HKD33 plus minus). Wonder if it goes to Causeway bay though. They have places for you to put luggage, and if you are sitting upstairs, you can guard your bags via cctv... very nice ride...

Can enjoy view as well if you are sitting upstairs
CityFlyer Service A11 goes through the haert of Causeway Bay area, travelling throughout Hennessey Road and Yee Wo street, the main vehicular traffic artery in the area.

Info of A11

Taking a cab shld be alright, or alternatively if you have extra time to spare and havent experienced the trams yet, take the trams down to Admiralty and walk up a little to reach the lower peak tram terminus.

Is nice to have a forum for a wonderful country for shopping.
I need reviews if anyone have stayed in Evergreen or Bridal Tea House hotel ?
Understand from some forums that the beds are really hard, anyone can share?
Or anyone can give recommendation for a budget hotel that is in Mong Kok or TST To book my regular Stanford Hotel.:( Rooms are out.

hi guys, i'm leaving for HK on monday and need a little help!

1)Cheung Sha Wan, Sham Shui Po and lai chi kok’s HK industrial centre aka 香港工业中心?
2)Fa Yuen Street
3)Arygle centre aka 'Wang jiao zhong xin'?
4)temple street
5)ladies market
6)sai yeung choi st (parallel to ladies st)
7)CTMA: Nearby ladies street. Preferbably go after 1.00pm to be sure all shops are open.
8)Granville Road - Tsim Sha Tsui

i need to know the opening hrs and what kind of things they sell there. and, besides those in point one, any other wholesale places for fashion clothings/accessories? Thanks alot!

Sorry for the confusion, let me clarify a little here:
Cityflyer coach = Public bus which goes to hotels from airport directly (has luggage space).
Airport Express = Train that connects the airport directly with the city.

Cityflyer dosent serve your hotel directly (have to walk for quite a distance), so the only methods are to take the train and transfer to a free shuttle bus at kowloon station ($90 per person per trip, could be discounts) or to take a cab which should cost around $300.

Edit: Refer to promotion by icequeenz. Thanks icequeenz :)

Similar to w3nGaL, Metropark Kowloon Hotel is not directly served by A21, Its quite far from the nearest stop infact. Or if u dont mind the hassle, transfer for a local service bus.

thanks, hkwolf.

Yes u can, the ride should take about 30mins. Just get off when u see the most busy pedestrian crossing in HK. I dont think u will miss it... :D You can take any trams towards causeway bay direction except trams going towards Happy Valley.

Just in case anyone needs a cityflyer route map, here's a scanned version. Dosent include A10 though.

You may want to take a look at the following group ticket promotion. HERE

No need to fret... suggest u make yr decision upon arrival at HK. If the weather is bad, check if the Airport Express Svc is still functional. If it is, take it instead of a cab. If not, then u just have to sit out and wait for the svc to be restored. Sure beats getting caught in a cab along a flooded road + congestion.

any help?! leaving on monday, abit scared liao.

Take the Bus E23 from Airport to Jordan or Tsim Sha Tsui Costs HKD 14 or SGD 3bucks onli
This bus goes by expressway through ching yi bridge nice views too... abt 1hr onli ..haha
;)

or Take E21 from Airport to Prince Edward MTR .. E21 is some expressway some local neighbourhood route a bit longer

From Kowloon then take MTR to ur destination hassle but cheaper lah .. unless u stay at shamrock or prudential or near to the bus stops ...
