is it possible for me to see doctor outside? like specialist from NUH...can I still get excuse upperlimb?

will the MO ask me go for another round of checkup again? how do I get status from the MO if I see outside doctor...

OK, just went to polyclinic and got referral letter to govt spec.

They say they would call me later when my appointment date is fixed.

Now the problem is taking leave from bmt to go for this spec checkup since I don't have the paper proof of which date I'm going there. Anyone can advise? Thanks

i was from pes c coy. and got 1 bmt mate who happen to need to see his specialist. but he was ask to reschedule his appt to a weekend instead.

if pes c so slack still cannot go out see, pes a and b u think got chance meh? but then, diff coy diff officer so diff rule. u can try

Yesterday, I went to polyclinic and do X-ray.....

Today I just went to the NUH to see specialist for my shoulder problem....the doctor ask me.....are you able to run and carry heavy thing...I say yes...just that my shoulder ache when doing PT....

after some checking on my X-ray, they say is normal....They say the problem lies on my neck....

so they arrange some physiotherapy for me to do....and ask me to come back 2 month later...

the doctor was shock that why I wasn't refer through polyclinic instead of MO? (should I refer through MO?)

I tell the doctor that my pain and muscle ache has last for more than a year...


but doctor say everything is normal...he didn't really write any memo....but got appointment la...
and he give me some medicine....










What I want to ask is....what should I do now? should I go back camp on monday and see MO?

Will MO give me status? like excuse upper limb? should I tell the MO that I am undergoing physiotherapy now?


what should I do?
