Currently I'm taking ACCA part-time and completed f1-f3, now doing f4 & f5 for june paper. Intending to get the Oxford brooks degree course after F9 paper.

However, I have a seating in NTU- Physic/Applied Physic starting in this coming August 12. It's a 4 years course

I also completed my Electronic DIP in NP with a GPA 3.6

My thinking was to complete my academic asap and start working
Thus, not sure which route will be a better job prospect in the society in terms of salary and working life.

I've appealed for NUS fass and NTU lms. any tips from anyone else around here what else can I do to improve my odds of getting a place?

I actually called one of the profs at ntu lms and he told me nicely to be realistic and that unless I have something extraordinary that they missed out or I didn't mention during the first round of application I shouldn't get my hopes up.

But the only extraordinary thingy going for me now is my passion. Are there any documents I can send to NTU to boost my chances?

To be honest, normally everyone would write passion as their reason in appeal. Thus, it may not be an extraordinary thing to them. But nevertheless, you still can states that. You may also try to submit testimonial from teacher/lecturer which may boost your chances.

@UnknownGirl I already submitted 2 appraisals when I applied to NTU. My GP tutor and my NS officer submitted it for me themselves on the portal so I don't have any hard/soft copies. What else can I do to stand out from the crowd?

if you gave them all the necessary documents.. they should update your NUS portal within a few working days ba

It started from the 10th of June. Although, I'm not too sure when it'll end.
/sigh/
Now I'm just hoping for a call, interview... anything. So that I know I've got a chance... >.<

SMU appeal period ending date is 2nd july.

I see... I'm not too clear on one part though. When they say second acceptance window, are they referring to the people who are still on the waiting list, or the people who appealed?

Since there's one extra line down there that says "Release of application outcome for online appeal"
