It's not about gym membership Or having what at home , it's about what to do and doing it correctly. My own cage have arrived , with a lat attachment and low pulley , coupled with oly barbell dumb bell ad ez bar. I have been having a fantastic time at home. Not naming my bands I got from Aldrin, there is so much thy can be done :) next will be chains and chalk once I need them. For now I am a happy man :D

Thanks it's a HDB , one room used for gym so the space is still manageable , it's better to use these EVA mats compared to those thick rubber flooring , they absorb more vibration and noise compared to those harder rubber

any1 of u own similar multi gym as below or know any that take up 1M X 1M work area? anyway i feel tat my lat pull machine is a waste of space cos only can do limited function. it will be better if i replace it with multi gym dont u think so. if remove the shelve beside it i guess can fit a higher end multi gym. yummy.. :)

Personally i don't think its a good ideal , cause weight stack is pretty limited, unless there is a plate holder like your lat machine , or else I believe you will outgrow it pretty fast, the only machine I hope to lay my hand on is a hack squat machine haha

thats wat i tot also. 120lbs sure not enuff. already got the idea how to solve the weight issue. salvage my lat machine plate holder, so can use weight stack n plate loaded. i guess the size is universal.

i also want hack squat, but space always the big issue. im still thinking of getting vertical leg press. hopefully theres some space i can fit in.

Also can get the 14' olympic sleeve adaptor , it will allow you to add more plates, i just ordered a couple from amazon, waiting for the arrival only.

For now i will just squat in my cage first haha until i see a hack squat around and provided i have space

note before buying olympic bar

olympic bar owner & any1 who wana buy it. do check the weight & quality of the bar. the one i bought weight only 17kg :s27::mad:. it feels cheap cos knurled is badly done, bar end always go loose & the other end not smooth. its a plastic bushings. WTF?? I dont want to make a fuzz over it. if dosent affect the safety i can live with it, but it does so ending up buying proper bar @ retail shop.
