ok. i going late oct to early nov. mistook. thought Songshan Airport is the international airport. so convenient, in the middle of taipei.

Until I realised its Taoyuan Intl Airport that we are talking about. silly.

Anyway, I saw in youtube there are express bus services from Taoyuan Airport to Taipei central MRT. costs about TWD90. pretty good deal better than taking cabs or a bus to Taoyuan HSR station and taking the bullet train to Taipei Main MRT. most of the time airport-hotel transfer are really expensive.

do you know if these airport-taipei express buses operate 24hours? cause my return flight is 8am. meaning probably I have to wake up at 4.30am, move out at 5am and reach check in at airport by 6am.

all buses operate from 0600 to 0000hrs only. however long distance coach such as aloha n ho-hsin do operate 24/7. but each coy haf a allocated route. not too sure if they do detour into airport
for me,i usually take kuokuang bus wic cost mi NT $125 per pax. there is a bus leaving every 15min(from airport or from the main interchange in taipei)

based on ur departure timing,i can say high chances u need to take cab wic wll cost u ard NT $1.2k at least

I think the earliest GuoGuang leaves about 5.30am. Last time I took EVA air, also managed to reach airport on time. If cannot then arrange a cab lor.

Not sure where to slot in and how to go Jian Hu San and Alisan.

wat time u reaching TW? if early khh should b able to settle within 2 days
as for taichung,depen on where u going,if goin nantou, might take more than 2 days
this will leave no more extra time for alishan n janfushan
tpe area is just nice
since u r goin in dec,i suggest u drop alishan n go cingjing instead (might haf chance to see snow as well) cingjing is in nantou area wic is near taichung
