Hi all,

I got a $50 e-voucher when I called SingTel a few days back. Unfortunately, I did not mange to get an appointment booking for the launch at MBS.

Can I use the $50 e-voucher at SingTel exclusive retailers or I can only use it at hello! shops? Also, is there an expiry date for the voucher?

I also got $50 and it is valid for 1 month.

I'm bought my 4S at last yr launch.

can I check for those who had their recontract dates is pushed forward, is it reflected in the Singtel Webpage system? Mine is not even though they say its a verbal agreement. Btw I called before ROI.

And then during RỖI, I'm nt able to select Recontract as system nt updated.

Anybody has the same case but managed to went down to get a new recontract phone?

My 4S got stolen for a mth so I desperately need a new iPhone nw arghhhh any help on this would be very much appreciated!

It won't be reflected however you need to confirm that the note is in the system and must be shown as approved. Cso can only verbally tell you a request is sent in but it is still subjected to approval.

I just bought one hour ago, it comes with Nano SIM to normal SIM adapter as well.

i called ST and they dont allow me to have 4G LTE plan as I can only do that when I recontract.. Is that true? There is no way that I can change my 12GB to 3GB plan? something so wrong....

woah!!! ST service is super fast... i did the recontract just now at MBS for my multisim... they gave me 2 new SIM (one nano, one micro)... i was using my old sim card this morning then now no more network already...

anybody manage to ask for waiver of the NANO sim? singtel again is the most expensive even for these kind of sim card change....

Called 1688, if the mobile line is not eligible for recontract, it will not be eligible for conversion to 4G plan. There is no way to get 4G without recontracting / getting new lines.

Meaning ppl who buy from apple online store (most likely because their line is not due for recontract yet), cannot use 4G on iphone 5, can only use 3G.

Anyone aware of this limitation ?
