I see pple raving about the PS AJ. How is the AJ different from standard back covers? Because it's thinner? The clear AJ doesn't suffer from the usual clear back case scratching easily?
Still a bit effy on paying so much for a thin plastic back case, IMHO.
lol! I agree that there's this hype currently for the AJ at the moment but I think there is a real reason to that.
I can guess it's because it's the only clear (and relatively thin) case that have 360 degrees of scratch and limited drop protection in a single unit. The Nude have two pieces that combine together to form a 360 degrees scratch and limited drop protection but it is not as well manufactured as the AJ.
It is of cos not scratch proof nor is it scratch resistant against deep ones but it is really well made for the iPhone 5 at the moment.
If cost is an issue, then by all means choose another cheaper alternatives. However, judging the fact that it comes with two screen protectors which arguably costs $39.90 off the shelf, I think this case is pretty worth the money at $59.90.
