According to people over at the internet and networking forum, ISPs that buy bandwidth from Nucleus Connect, the speed sometimes will crap out one...................................

MR user, so naturally I'll say MR

Just kidding, singtel is okay, if you want a normal and stable connection.

MR has more options such as static IP, etc. Better customer service on the forums also.

seriously singtel if dun have problem its fine... but when got ji tai....really is fail tech support....

i only have one problem with them...which is low single threaded download/upload speed.
i dun understand how come uploading to a file hosting site on my side is only 200kb/s (always) while on a offshore server with abit higher with similar/better upload speed can get 12-30mb/s. and even if i give this scenario to the CSO, they would say its the site server im uploading to having a slow speed or many people are using now...
