So then, any cause/resolution analysis for the curious? :p You may also like to, if able, to comment on the response time and the commitment/issues faced as some forumers may want to know why it took this amount of time.

Just ask this question for the benefit of the general population:

Can one pay MR's bills via 7-Eleven or AXS station or not like other telco bills? This is based on the order website where it allows new subscribers to chose to pay either Credit / Debit or GIRO. (And does Credit / Debit card limited to Visa / Masters? Or does Amex / Diners works too?)

No, only using credit/debit or giro direct to MR (or not that I know of).

When you first sign up it will be either Credit/Debit/Giro, to facilitate the sign up process. After which you can using IB(Internet Banking by making a SO). They looking into other options as well.

Fixed my arss. I have been waiting for 40+ hours and loading to china sites is still not possible. It only loads the page headers and stop.

Another 6 more hours, maybe should call Straits Times to make these headlines on Saturday Times:

Local ISP startup MyRepublic connection to China sites crippled for more than 48 hours leaving customers frustrated.

MR NOC missed out configuring Gigabit router with IP 103.6.148.29.

All traffic to TaoBao from 103.6.148.29 are routed to PCCW, instead of Telia Sonera. This route is screwed, rendering no access to TaoBao.com.

works very well for me post fix even when my traceroute is similar to yours. i have MR DNS on primary and google's on secondary

1.Restart ONT and Router
2.Restart your computer (if running windows 8 restart NOT shutdown)
3.Clear browser cache, cookies (best to clear everything if u change DNS)

Would be good if MR follows the steps of fellow Singaporean tech company with chrono up to the minute update:

I have services with Internap and they handled hurricane very well with customers as well. I'm not saying we will have hurricanes here but the way these tech companies handle customers are exceptional. Something to learn.

I just received my CC bills and realized that I've been charged twice for this month, and thrice for the month of April.

I logged in into my MR account, and it stated that I'm only charged once per month. for the whole of 2013.

Please get back to me soon.

Cleared every crap I can and restarted my PC, ONT, Router. Still doesn't work. MR driving me crazy. Instead of spending time on work, I spent much of my last 2.5 days figuring out when MR is gonna really restore the China sites.

MR is seriously sinking downhill with no bottom.
