Recently don't see much of them posting here except nivleK1985 then Bolters.

If you guys have problem should try PM them instead of posting in the thread, which is easier to be missed given the fact that there are much problems nowadays.

Then again its unofficial, the official one is still the old call in method. So to avoid potential delays better also just call in.

Go both ways for own's sake.

Until now still the same, connection ****s up at night. Emailing them hasn't improved the situtation at all. Can we report this to IDA? we should atleast be given the option terminate without any incurring charges.

Very disappointed in them. I have a double deduction. On 24 june and 28june check ibanking and bank book both have $59 deducted. From XXX - 59 and -59 agin. If no reasonable explanation should i report? :s22:

I just called them and give them a piece of my mind. They admit it is an error on their part and they will rectify it. Sianz. To me, a company who cannot even bill their customer correctly is a bad company.

That's why I don't pay bills via giro or cc if possible. Many organizations just act blur when they overcharge and come at us like mad dogs when we are a little overdue.

Youtube loading for me is very slow.
Access to China video site also very slow.

When I submitted my ticket for i.nintendo.net problem, it took them several days to reply. Still not fixed yet funny enough. :s13: Worked for a few hours, following day not working again.

But MR told me must use CC or Giro. Sianz....

I've to check my statement now, don't know if they double bill me, cannot trust this company anymore.

The 2 weeks targeted resolution time MR Support communicated to me (for the slow streaming speed from China sites issue) is almost up, and there hasn't been any update from them.

Logged a request for update on the support site a few days back, but also no response.

SIGH....lost faith liao...

Anyone can advise if all these issues faced by us are justifications to demand early termination without penalties?
