Sorry because I kinda liked my GTX460 Twin Frozr, so now that it's reached the end of the lifespan.. I'm looking to see if there's another Twin Frozr that can be replaced with.

Oh, I see wrongly.
You were referring to 650Ti-Boost edition.
Yeah, 650-Ti boost is faster definitely.
650ti-Boost in particular was made to counter the 7850 range.
7850 by default is faster then 560Ti.
Though despite that Hawk has a higher speed, doesn't change the architecture.
And N650Ti-Boost is OCed too.

If I had the following options to choose from.
MSI N650GTX-Ti 1GB/OC $229
MSI GEFORCE GTX650 TI HAWK 1GB GDDR5 $259 vs
MSI GEFORCE N560GTX 1GB GDDR5 TWIN FROZR II OC $269 vs


I suppose MSI GEFORCE GTX650 TI HAWK 1GB GDDR5 would be the better pick right?
