Hi guys,

I just got this router. and am wondering whether it is easy to setup.

i using a starhub d-link as the modem and bridged with a singtel pace as a wireless router.

i intend to use this rt-ac66u to replace the singtel pace for the moment. no intention to go direct ont, as i will be shifting to my own place soon.

thanks.

geez, after I setup everything, I thought I'll give the firmware and update.

But after the update was complete, my PC is unable to detect any wired connection from my router.

What should I do now?

sheesh, i can't put my router to recovery mode.

I need to power up the router, together by holding onto the reset button for 10 - 15 secs, right?

Can get it to recovery. The firmware restoration program can't seem to find the router as well. My router should be connected to my PC via RJ45 cable, not USB right?

Btw can i check if the utility driver for PCE66 necessary to get full AC speed? I have to uninstall from my windows 8.. it was the culprit causing unknown crash and reboots in my system after installing.
