My current sim is 4s micro 3G, do I have to take a 4g nanosim from them or I can cut it to nano?

Could someone advice?
For handset yearly upgrade, do I need to recontract? As I do not want to recontract my old plan with 12gb data.
Secondly, I have booked an appointment for a new iPhone 5s, is this applicable to yearly handset upgrade (mio TV/fiber package)?

I have 2 microsim (4S & iPad) and 1 nanosim (iPad mini).
Like that how ah? Only need to replace or cut 1 microsim (4S) to use for 5S right.
ST will waive anot?
