yes is common nowadays, cutting in without signalling also something common. however, is the part that he got out of his vehicle that stunted us entirely. and he gave us an idea that he is in the right lane.

Sorry..after watching the video again....TS you go to his lane..you should turn to the inner lane..the one is for him to turn to the middle lane of the other side as the other side is a three lanes road.
The red Taxi is also wrong and so is the gray SUV in front of you..
