When the upgrades are done, basically all customers on a certain speed plan profile are upgraded to the new speed (e.g: everyone on 200mbps - becomes 300mbps), so in this way i find it really weird that you would have gotten missed out.
What i'm guessing happened is that the upgrade may have actually been done, but due to the problem with the modem the upgrade wasn't apparent.
Whenever we do these upgrades, we do make the announcements to let you all know via HWZ, Facebook - and recently we also sent out a newsletter to all subscribers that had a section to inform everyone that the upgrades had been completed - and if you couldn't see a difference in speed - to please contact our NOC so they could look into it for you
