Poppy is definitely a no-no but I searched hsa and the customs websites, there was nothing about hemp being prohibited. Just don't get the ungrounded seeds so there is no chance to sprout anything.

I am waiting for my next order which comes with Nutiva, Organic Hemp Protein Hi-Fiber, 30 oz (851 g) - iHerb.com to arrive later this week. This is double the weight of the previous order. Will let you know when I get it.

anyone try AGAVE syrup before?

I love maple syrup but kinda ex. How does AGAVE syrup taste like? I guess it's sweet but tasteless? if not why would they have a flavored agave syrup?

Recently I bought 8 bottles of Q10 200mg from another site and delivered by DHL no problem, though HSA says restricted to 150mg

When I bought Co-Q10 in early 2000, they wanted to check the qty & I had to go to HSA (opp Kg Bahru Rd then) to declare that it is for personal consumption. I was surprised it was in the Poisons List.

FYI, Glucosamine was not sold in SG until late 2000s but pple can go to JB to buy them.

SG is v restrictive.

Do you remember whether the mg exceeded 150mg per pill? Also, once you declared that the bottles were all for personal consumption... that's it? So you can still get them fine except for the real hassle of going down in person to do the declaration?

Do you still remember how long your shipment was delayed because of this (days/weeks/months)? Also, assuming you bought other things too, did those other things get delivered to you separately as per normal or...?

Er... I like bubble gum but this is more like chewing gum. Anyway I don't like it. It always gets stuck on my teeth. I have to go through some trouble to spit it out. I still don't get the rave about this honey...

Do you think iHerb will give me a refund for the non-edible honey in my bottle?

Chai, anyone?

Stash Tea Company, Black Tea, Chai Spice, 20 Tea Bags, 1.3 oz (38 g)

(I forgot I wanted to snap a pic, and I dumped the tea bag after immersing it for about 5ish min)

The tea packet for Stash is really atas looking and the texture is those high class type. The tea bag before immersing also smells the best (compared with Bengal and Bigelow). However, the taste is the mildest, almost like a latte (I only add 1 teaspoon of condensed milk for all). In fact, I can't even taste the chai!

Stash also has a decaf version here and a double chai version here. I am bookmarking the double chai version to maybe give them another go.

Ok, I have just made Stash Chai using 2 tea bags... the result is... a mild Chai. Based on this little experiment, I am guessing the double chai version they are selling is also somewhat weak.

The smell is all quite nice, but the taste seems to be uniformly lacking.

My philosophy is always go with the real thing. But maybe just get a smaller bottle first and see if you like it.

Melatonin if too strong can cause you want to sleep the next day too... I take ZMA or rather my own blend for now. OptiZinc 30mg, Magnesium Caps from Now @ 500mg (with oxide, aspartate and citrate), 100mg P5P (Vit B6).
