At least Z2 looks similar to Z1, with a bit of more classy details.

S5? getting worse from S4 LOL. Sorry I have to admit I am biased towards Samsung.

well for the current flagship phones, all seems to be an upgrade of their predecessors. m8 looks like a m7 too

Ha ha, agree. This statement fit Samsung more cos all their models are of same design after so many many years.

actually it be more odd if they change the design, esp if the design is quite popular

and if it is call flagship, i guess that means the design should be more or less widely accepted :s13:
