Depends on location and amount of units.. TBH I think will have chance but only left lower levels.. 2nd or 3rd floor.

Chances are pretty low(Somemore at 2.5 times the available unit.Still have to see ethic quotas)..If have also low level unit, lousy facing or right next to the chute outside..

I would suggest if the May's launch location is fine with you, place a $10 bet on it..

Likely would have to appeal if rejected on 1st application..Since the break is only 1 month, might have chance but of cos, no guarantee that you would get it also..They will ask u to just submit and try.

And only requires one of the two applicant to be working for 12 consecutive months prior to application..
