From what i read in manutd forum is that club will just meet the player agent and aga aga agree on mouth with no paper and no contract offer then the club will go make a official bid or something.

Example:

A: Hey ok bo, he ok to cum???

Agent: Ok one la... he ok with your club... he can join no problem one la...

A: Sure bo???

Agent: Sure la...

A: Then i send fax over liao hor...
