No lah. In car camera. So wondering if Samsung EVO or PRO MicroSD can stand the heat.
I get the free one then decide if I want to get another EVO or PRO 32GB MicroSd for my car in build camera.
Supposedly can if i were to maintain my daily rhythm until 7 Aug @ 802 points.Seems like Moneyface =p is going for the kill. Maybe can tio 800 points
edit: not possible after some calculations.. seems like nobody here can reach that high before 7th aug.

Hahaha we all will kmow come 7 aug.....Supposedly can if i were to maintain my daily rhythm until 7 Aug @ 802 points.

Missed 1 day already... Only can max out at 766.Hahaha we all will kmow come 7 aug.....

huh? only 20 for free samsung evo cards?? why is that not made known in the first post?![]()
For those who are intending to make full advantage of the Evo and Pro series, do take note that your device must be able to take in SDXC USH-I Cards which are Class U1 compliant.
Anyway Samsung claims the PRO can capture photos and video four times faster a typical microSD card so technically it should be one of the fastest (or probably the fastest) memory card in the market. I'm hoping that our cards here can reach close to the stated read and write speeds (a whopping 90MB/s and 80MB/s respectively for the Pro series). Lets see if this card could transfer 660 photos per minute as stated. A normal memory card would take at least an hour!

Unfortunately the PRO 32GB MicroSD is not even available on our local shores. For vehicle cameras, I reckon that the EVO series is more than enough to suit your needs.
Most car cameras have still yet to produce high definition recordings so the PRO series might be an overkill for such devices. Furthermore, there are not many models which are UHS-1 compliant and hence the read and write speeds of the PRO series might not be utilised to it's fullest potential.
And I'm sure Samsung memory cards will survive well under such high operating temperatures in cars. Even if it fails, there is the 10 year warranty to back you up![]()
Most high end phones should be able to support bah..

Samsung Galaxy EVO and Galaxy PRO....Yeah technology is advancing but there are still a number of users like me with backdated devices.
In fact some manufacturers are equipping their mobile phones with waterproofing technologies. It won't be long before we have temperature proof, shock proof and x-ray proof mobile phones![]()
so its is self collect or mail? can the organiser please clarify?
Don't anyhow bomb my nick leh...Self collect. MoneyFace said they don't have stock when he tried to collect, so they mail to him.
