Hi Andrew! May I know if the Fibrenet 300 comes with Static IP itself?

Wah mod sia, must hide one corner and all stop PCWing…ah, came in to see how VQ is doing

Hi there, your nick sounds familiar. Are you someone who has been active in similar threads like this? LOL kinda forgot but sounds really familiar.![]()

In all seriousness — all plans come with static IP standard + <anyname>.fibernet.sg subdomain as standard
Edit: Static IPv6 /48 subnet is assigned upon request FOC also — but not all routers are compatible with static IPv6 due to bugs not addressed by vendors. Generally certified IPv6 ready logo routers will work (https://www.ipv6ready.org)
We realized that dynamic IP and static IP doesn’t cost us any difference, so why withhold it from customers?

Now your turn to kena kacheow!
how long depends on Open net , once open net can do their job, VQ will take max 1 week i think. No leh, I hardly visit because I cannot re-contract... yet![]()
no la, I don't mod this forum
haha alright thanks! Was looking at the PDF and saw 8 static IPs
One more question! say if my contract ends on December this year.
How long would it take for VQ to come down to install the ONT and activate your service
Do I have to terminate my existing fibre contract first before signing up with VQ?
busy reading up on some server stuffs ma.
haha.
