Di Maria joined a new club whose manager is new and the playing style is not something you would expect...

at least the team is doing well and clicking
at least the football is moving forward with intent

at least I dun see people moaning abt Wazza's first touch :s22:

With the last few games, it is getting more watchable and enjoyable since SAF left....the defend seem better and not so "kan chiong"...they seem to understand the physiology of what LVG wanted.....in last game ADM seem to fit it well and release the ball when needed instead of holding to it for too long...i would say give him some time he could be deadly......imagine on the left we have Blind,ADM and Felliani and right Herrera, Mata and Valencia plus our lord Carrick in the centre....lol!!!

Carrick seriously in need of understudy liao

you need two players to do the job Scholes does... one half replaced with Ander

This will seriously hurt if the club dun act on this

Very hard to replace Carrick.

Someone who brings 'balance'

Who breaks up play and yet plays the forward passes at the right moment with minimal risk.

I am not sure if there's anyone like that in the market at the moment.
Maybe Veratti at PSG but even he's a more attacking player then a quarterback.

Not the first time he tried to stir here, won't be last time either :s22:
So what's your problem with me?

Ronaldo scored 47 goals so far this season:eek:

in comparison
Looney 14
RVP 10
Falcao 4

i will think that the rest finally know the philosophy, know how and where to run to make themselves available for the pass.

Delayed reaction: it's not often that you see WR scoring 2 wonder goals in a season. But that Klinsmann-like goal is half lucky I reckon, though it scores full marks on reaction, execution and of course, end-result. It's almost like rolling 3 sixes in a row.
Otherwise, I'm glad to see AV sprint up and overlap more, but the crossing is non-existent again.
Crucial match this weekend.

Blind look like someonè that fits the job scope

Currently left back but won't be surprised he will be that DM after Carrick retired

Just like how Roy Keane used to play right back to accumulate robbo

I think it's becos falcao has a better PR, he keep saying how much he wan to play for us and how he will keep fighting for the team. For most ppl that's a commitment show by player

ADM often look frustrated or not interested in the game, his body language looks odd @ times

But the quality can be seen..not often u miscue a shot that lead to assists, as for falcao it look as thou nothing is going right for him @ the moment

I dun dislike falcao, just felt he is not for us...just like forlan

Would have preferred Hernandez to be back next season then spend 40m on him...40 m can shop a good ** instead :o

not just his pr. during the pool game, when we score the first goal, falcao reaction looks very much a player who genuine likes the club even when on the bench.

likewise, di maria do look uninterested at times

but having said that, doesnt mean he wont leave. not long ago he was still one of the best no. 9 in world football. even welbeck choose to go than stay on the bench despite with the club since a kid

Eh, not disagreeing totally but when Blind plays there, I think he's a bit lightweight and his "reading" of the game not as good as Carrick. Both have no pace to recover but Carrick is just so good at his positioning that he doesnt need it. Can't say the same for Blind.

But I do agree that Blind's distribution probably is almost as good as Carrick.

He came off the bench, do some running providing two assists which led to two goals, pool and villa games, what we all expect? :) :s13:
Maybe some fans hope he can scores five like CRonaldo yester game
